Comment: Mr Archer needs to remember there are many other types of disabilities then the silo his agency serves. We are people with sensory, physical and mobility disabilities. The police & other first responders need to treat everyone with respect and dignity. NYPD officers are really bad when it come to wheelchairs, maybe they should be sent to DC for training during an ADAPT Action!
