New York's Garment District once supported 100,000 jobs in what was the largest concentration of high-rise factories in the world. As today's city tries to support and revive its clothing industry, as part of a broader effort to retain what's left of New York's manufacturing base, the Skyscraper Museum is exploring the history of the Garment District neighborhood and its buildings.
