Our speaker Joe Baker, has been President of the Medicare Rights Center since 2009. Mr. Baker is a member of the Institute or Medicine's Board on Health Care Services. He also serves on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services'
Advisory Panel on Outreach and Education.
And Mr. Baker is an adjunct professor at New York
University where he teaches a class on implementation
of the Affordable Care Act.

(NBLCA), will co-sponsor and host the New York City premiere of "The Gospel of Healing, Volume One: Black Churches Respond to HIV/AIDS," a documentary film by Paul V. Grant. The screenings, which will take place in Harlem, Brooklyn, and Queens, will commemorate the annual observance of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, an initiative co-founded by the NBLCA in 2000.
