Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum To Open Temporary Exhibition Showcasing The Legacy Of Space Shuttle Enterprise

Presented by Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum


“Space Shuttle Enterprise: A Pioneer” -- a new exhibition that explores the history of Enterprise & its critical role in the development of the space shuttle -- will open to the public on January 17 at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum. The exhibit introduces Enterprise with compelling artifacts of the era as well as archival images & video clips to illustrate the history and significance of the prototype orbiter. The exhibition will be open to the public through Spring 2013.
