School Based Project Manager - LCSW

FEGS has an opportunity for an experienced clinician with solid supervisory and administrative experience to manage daily operations in the Bronx. We have two small programs - an In-school clinic program located at Evander Childs High School on Gun Hill Road and our Co-Located Program located at the Montefiore Pediatric Clinic.
Successful candidate manages multiple clinic programs (6 total staff) servicing children, adolescents and families. Responsible for daily clinical management of clinicians; conduct psychosocial intake assessments; oversee screening to children within the community; develop relationships with parents, families, and school personnel; and ensure compliance with agency and governmental requirements.
The ideal candidate is an LCSW or Licensed Clinical Psychologist with at least 5 year’s clinical experience working with children, adolescents and/or adults, including 2 year’s experience in a program management or supervisory role. Excellent clinical skills and related experience in coordinating intake and performing community outreach activities in a Behavioral Health environment. Knowledge of Spanish is helpful but not mandatory.
