Asset Manager, Property Management Division
Asset Manager, Property Management Division, HELP USA - New York City HELP USA, an entrepreneurial national not-for-profit that provides affordable housing to homeless and low-income families and individuals, seeks an Asset Manager in our Property Management Division. This position is located in our central headquarters in lower Manhattan. This position will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of property management and regulatory compliance for our 15 affordable housing projects in four states. The candidate will also act as our organization's Yardi Voyager project manager and therefore must be a Yardi Voyager expert. This is a first-rate opportunity in a rapidly growing affordable housing organization and the candidate selected will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of property management from new lease-ups to refinancing of mature projects. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 - 5 years of professional experience in property or asset management. Candidates with Affordable Housing Manager or LIHTC certification are preferred. Candidates should describe their Yardi experience in detail in their submission.
