Administrative Coordinators Behavioral and Community Health Bronx and Manhattan - Full Time

Our growing Behavioral and Community Health service area seeks two Administrative Coordinators to ensure efficient and cost-effective administration of business units within the Behavioral Health Division. Candidate must be able to interface with various FEGS departments; monitor purchase requisitions, supplies, contracts, petty cash and metro cards; prepare and maintain statistical reports/cost analyses and program budgets; oversee billing and client reporting in IMA and supervise administrative and support staff.
Manage facilities operations and oversee administrative tasks in support of regional Behavioral Health programs.
Interface with FEGS Facilities, Purchasing, Payroll, AllSector, HR Dynamics and other departments and entities to oversee and monitor purchase requisitions, office supplies, contracts, petty cash funds and metrocards.
Ensure compliance with Agency standards and policies regarding petty cash and metro cards and the purchasing of office supplies and equipment, and supervise the timely lease renewals of equipment.
Prepare, maintain and respond to statistical reports and cost analyses as required, including budget variances, clinician productivity, and other business indicators.
Assist in the preparation of program budgets, monthly budgetary analyses, confidential staffing and other salary information as relevant and appropriate.
Oversee billing and client reporting in IMA and other required systems.
Supervise administrative and support staff in daily operational duties, including reception and client intake, file maintenance, metro card distribution and reconciliation, point of service cash collection and insurance verification, billing and updates in IMA.
BA degree with 2 years of administrative experience in a clinical or health-care setting required. Must have strong computer skills, excellent communication and administrative skills; the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment and effective problem solving.
