Overseeing the day-to-day operations of five supported housing programs; hiring, supervising and training, professional, para-professional and residential support staff; development and implementation of rehabilitative programming for adults with serious mental illness, substance abuse disorders, and/or co-occurring disabilities, and with histories of homelessness.
Ensuring compliance with agency and funders’ policies, procedures and program eligibility requirements; managing budgets and census to achieve fiscal viability of the program; and, establishing and maintaining good relationships with neighbors, community organizations and leaders, and other providers. And any other duties assigned.
MSW or Master’s in related field; CASAC preferred. Supervisory experience in supported housing program. Clinical experience with mentally ill adults and individuals actively using substances; experience starting up new programs, including securing apartments on in the open real estate market.
