POSITION DESCRIPTION | HR&A seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant for HR&A's New York Office. Hours will be approximately 20-30 hours per week. Responsibilities will include: meeting scheduling, travel booking, production assistance of deliverables and marketing materials, answering and directing phone calls, various research tasks, and general administrative support for business operations, marketing and accounting. Candidate will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer.

While the Assistant's most important responsibility will be to support general business operations, he or she will also have exposure to the firm's business development, marketing, and project efforts, including all staff trainings and office presentations.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in business administration and marketing. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a young professional to gain experience in working in a fast-paced professional office environment and has potential growth opportunities within HR&A.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED | Candidates should have at minimum a high school degree or GED. The ideal candidate would be a student in pursuit of a business administration degree. Excellent attention to detail and organization skills are essential. Strong communication and computer skills (including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) are required. He/she should be a highly-motivated, independent thinker with sufficient poise and maturity for interaction with internal teams, clients and industry leaders.

SALARY | Hourly rate of $20 per hour based on 20-30 hours per week.
