HELP USA, an entrepreneurial national not-for-profit that provides affordable housing to homeless and low-income families and individuals, seeks an entry-level property accountant in our Property Management Division. This position is located in our central headquarters in lower Manhattan. The position will be responsible for postings, adjustments, journal entries, reports and analyses related to our 15 affordable housing projects in four states.
The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance as well as professional experience in residential property management. The successful candidate will have considerable working experience with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Excel.
