Director of Property Management
Complete oversight of all real estate property management functions such as managing the day-to-day administrative and maintenance operations. Extensive staff supervision. Creating and implementing leasing and marketing plans, resident relations, project budget preparation and financial reporting, and monitoring federal, state and City regulated compliance programs. Will participate on the senior management team to set priorities, staffing, and budget and work plans and define future directions for the department and organization.

Highly motivated service-oriented self-starter. Skilled in financial management.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Excellent computer skills including Excel and Yardi.
Possess attention to detail, quality and accuracy of work.
In-depth knowledge of real estate terminology and affordable housing concepts, specifically LIHTC is required.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret property financial statements, annual budgets, regulatory agreements, operating expenses and balance sheets.
Demonstrated ability to develop and use spreadsheets to analyze and prepare financial reports and other information.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to provide leadership, staff development, and provide motivation to a team with diverse skill sets.
Proven experience with the administration and management of a multi-site portfolio. Spanish speaking a plus.
Extensive knowledge in annual recertification with HUD, Section 8 and HCR. RAM certification, Tax credit certified.
