Urban Pathways, Inc is seeking an experienced Program Director for a multi-site Scattered Site Apartment Treatment Program.
The Program Director administers and oversees a multi-site environment focused on providing community support, follow up, and intensive case management for clients in an Apartment Treatment or Scattered Site setting. S/he will be responsible for budgetary / fiscal matters as well as regulatory compliance, property management, and Quality Assurance, as well as clinical oversight. S/he will be responsible for the project development, implementation and assessment of program policies, practices and procedures governing casework with Administrative, Social Service, Operations and support staff. S/he will interface with city, state, and grant funding agencies. The Program Director will develop, implement and assess a range of appropriate therapeutic, rehabilitative, vocational and recreational services reflecting the interests, social requirements, and disabilities of clients.
QUALIFICATIONS: MSW, PhD, MPH, MPA and 10 years experience required. Supervisory and/or administrative oversight of a multi-disciplinary team at the leadership or Director level in a shelter or Community Residence setting for homeless, mentally ill, or substance abuse populations. Prior experience operating an OMH funded program and/or Scattered Site Apartment Treatment Program is highly preferred.
