Description
Seeking highly motivated individual to manage & maintain low income properties and ensure that all DHCR and HPD and other governmental agency standards are met. Prepare operating budgets, monitor purchases and manage daily upkeep of buildings by supervising the maintenance staff.
Renew and issue leases, monitor the A/R and A/P to ensure compliance with annual budget and prepare annual reports required by the above gov't agencies.
Must have a good work ethic and demonstrated leadership ability.
A B.A. or relevant experience is required.
