Description
The YMCA of Greater New York is the largest youth-serving organization in New York City. The YMCA's Association Office is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual who will provide support and administration to the government contracts management area, including preparation and submission of contracts to funding agencies.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit contracts, proposals, and renewals to funding agencies for execution and registration.
• Provide technical assistance to Branches on the preparation of Contracts and related documentation.
• Maintain corporate documentation required for contract processing.
• Track and report on contract process from notice of award to registration.
• Liaison with funding agency counterparts.
• Track audits, including responses to findings.
• Track corporate filings and reporting requirements.
• Manage escalation process concerning issues impacting on the registration of contracts.
• Manage and develop electronic data files.
• Provide back-up documentation for funding proposals.
• Assist the Assistant Director of Government Contracts, as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in government contracts and grants.
• Knowledge of web-based government applications: A-133, CFR, WEBRS, APR and/or OST.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required.
