LCSW - Administration & Program Development

Description
As part of HANAC's Administration and Development team, work with Program Directors of each HANAC program to identify, develop and coordinate establishment of programs of social work that may benefit clients. Supervise social work interns at sites.
Responsibilities:
• Identify areas in which programs might benefit from addition and/or enhancement of social work component. • Work in conjunction with Associate ED and Program Director in developing funding sources for support of programs to include a social work component. • In conjunction with Associate ED and PD, write responses to RFPs and submit grant proposals for funding.
• Assess Programs for need and/or opportunity to provide enhancement through social work opportunities. • Regular contact with Program Directors and staff. • Some client contact and referral. • Attend and provide required training in-house or at outside venues. • Provide advocacy and resource linkages as required. • Written reports as required by HANAC Administration
Qualifications:
Must possess a Master’s Degree from an accredited school of social work; at least 3 years post graduate experience. Experience in individual, group and/or family practice. Knowledge of physical and mental illness and issues of aging. Must have ability to work with Program Directors as well as to identify and promote programs and identify and obtain requisite funding.
