Graham Windham, an award winning child welfare agency is seeking a qualified professional for its Manhattan Mental Health Center, Family and Community Support Services.
The Social Work Supervisor works under the Assistant &/or the Director of Community Mental Health Services to supervise social work staff to assure the high quality best-practice delivery of mental health services to Graham Windham and community-based families, consistent with all OMH and agency requirements.
The Social Work Supervisor ensures that the clinic's administrative and therapeutic practices are sound, evidenced based and are responsive to clients and community, and delivers services in a respectful, culturally appropriate manner. Supervise program staff and student intern(s).
Assist with intake and appropriate disposition of new clients.Review and manage clinician caseloads.Oversee chart and utilization reviews to examine service delivery, medical necessity,compliance with regulations.
Manages conflicts and crises effectively. Provide direct clinical services to one to approximately 25 clients per week.

Qualifications:
. MSW with LCSW licensure
* Experience: minimal 3 years post graduate mental health experience including one year with supervisory responsibilities
* Education:LCSW
