Position Overview: The Senior Program Associate is responsible to provide day to day management of Back to Work program's billing, reporting and performance measurement, as well as supporting the NYC Community-based Program division in budget management and other related projects.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise the BTW billing team and work closely with program and fiscal teams to ensure proper and timely billing on all contract outcomes per NYC Human Resources Administration and Seedco deadlines;
• Oversee and implement quality assurance and reconciliation of submitted milestones;
• Prepare and release multiple performance reports and monthly payments to Community Based Organizations (CBOs) in a timely manner;
• Manage metro card disbursement to CBOs; reconcile metro card payments with disbursed and billed metro cards; and reimburse CBOs for metro cards;
• Provide quantitative and analytical reports to program team to analyze and improve performance;
• Provide technical assistance to the CBOs and the program team to interpret HRA reports such as Vendorstat reports and coordinate special data requests with HRA;
• Work closely with Seedco's Fiscal Department to coordinate and manage the department's budgets;
• Acts as the liaison for the internal Back to Work Database for the BTW team and CBO partners;
• Represent Seedco at NYC HRA meetings; liaise with government partners as necessary;
• Develop a good understanding of all BTW databases and systems to coordinate monitoring, improvements and maintenance issues; and
• Implements other tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred;
• 3-4 years of related work experience preferred;
• Experience with software development processes or programming preferred;
• Strong Quantitative and Analytical Skills;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure in both a team setting and individually;
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills;
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to manage a complex workload;
• Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel, Access etc; and
• General understanding of computer/web applications a must.
