Leading Mental Health and Housing Solutions Agency is seeking an Assistant Residence Manager (ARM) to provide individual counseling to a caseload of resident and supervision to staff. Must be available for 24-hour crisis intervention. The ARM is responsible for performing administrative functions as necessary, including petty cash, staff time keeping, client benefits, distribution of client payments, purchasing and other tasks as necessary; overseeing medication monitoring and logbook documentation; direct supervision of Residence Counselors, including scheduling, discipline, and performance evaluations; ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, including facilitating appropriate admissions and discharges, maintenance of census, documentation compliance, and incident reporting. AA/EOE.

Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills; High School Diploma and 4 years experience or Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years experience. Experience in mental health and residential setting required. Bilingual (Spanish speaking) desirable.
