Location:50 East 168th Street, Bronx, NY 10452 Reports to:Executive Vice President

Working under the supervision of the Project Coordinator for the Homes Inspection Unit, the Quality Assurance & Oversight Manager will manage and maintain the integrity and quality of the work of the entire home visiting team.(S)he will also assist the Coordinator with the oversight of the day to day needs of the team.

Responsibilities:

•Track and manage the timely resolution of Corrective Action Plans (CAP) through frequent reporting and review of documented non compliance issues
•Implement plan to resolve non compliance statuses of legally exempt providers
•Schedule required follow up monitoring visits as needed
•Schedule Investigatory and Complaints Visits , and track them for timely resolution
•Serve as primary point of contact for Providers with questions and concerns arising from home visits
•Review and conduct checks of databases to ensure quality and integrity of Home Visiting Team’s reports/ documentation
•In tandem with reporting tasks, conduct period reviews of Home Visitors’ documentation of home visits in the Child Care Facility System (CCFS) and the Client Tracking System (CTS) for conformity to OCFS guidelines
•Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

•Candidates must have an AA degree or higher in early childhood, education, social services or similar field. BA in Education, Human Services or similar field is preferred
•Bilingual (Spanish/English) desirable
•Demonstrated familiarity with early childhood education and child development
•Excellent organizational ability and outstanding attention to detail
•Excellent and proven oral and written communication skills, including listening
•Ability to work independently while balancing the needs of multiple parties
•Candidates must be quick-learners, who are flexible enough to function professionally and expertly in a fast paced work environment.
•Solid computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
