Communications and Events Intern
Center for an Urban Future
The Center for an Urban Future seeks a Communications and Events Intern to assist the Deputy Director and Operations Manager with the execution of the organizations' anniversary gala being held in fall 2012. Responsibilities include contact research and data entry, promoting the organization's upcoming fundraising event, helping to manage details and event logistics, and reaching out to prospective sponsors and event partners. The position will also include web research, outreach work, marketing, and distribution.
The position requires 35 hours a week. The internship offers a monthly stipend of $1000/mo and may be used for college credit where applicable.
