Description
The Parodneck Foundation seeks a Project Manager to assist with the affordable housing development efforts of CATCH, an umbrella organization of NYC mutual housing associations. $50,000 plus excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
Project Manager will oversee renovations of occupied multifamily affordable housing projects, will manage green retrofit initiatives in our existing multifamily portfolio and will have some responsibility in assisting with asset management function. Position involves evening meetings and travel in Brooklyn, the Bronx and Manhattan.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in affordable housing development and a bachelor's degree or above. The successful candidate will be self-directed, will have good written and verbal communication skills and excellent analytical skills. Familiarity with city, state and Federal housing production programs highly desirable.
