Description
Bachelor's degree and/or its equivalent required. Must have excellent organizational skills and an ability to work with a team, manage multiple activities simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Ability to interact effectively with University administration, faculty, students and the public. Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communications skills and attention to details. Must possess a high level of initiative, enthusiasm, and commitment to social enterprise.

Previous event management experience in a nonprofit or academic setting, and familiarity with social enterprise field desirable (including nonprofit/public management, corporate social responsibility and social entrepreneurship). Strong web, spreadsheet, and database management abilities preferred.
