The Fire Department of New York (FDNY) is the largest career fire department in the country. With over 15,000 uniformed and civilian employees, the Department advances public safety and protects the lives and property of New York City residents and visitors.
The Department seeks an experienced professional to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of candidate processing including, but not limited to, intake, investigation and appointment to the title of Firefighter and other titles, in compliance with the reporting mandates of federal, state, and city, entities. Ensure that quantitative analyses are accurate and in accordance with well-defined methods, procedures and instructions. Compile data, generate and analyze various statistical data, create diverse charts and graphical schemes to present findings, and make recommendations.
Preferred Skills: The ability to accurately glean and analyze large data sets; the ability to communicate and present findings accurately and effectively.
NYC Residency required within 90 days of appointment.
