Description
Leading Mental Health and Housing Solutions Agency is seeking an Assistant Program Director (APD) to supervise delivery of service to clients, including admissions to the program, ongoing rehabilitative services and counseling, and discharges from the program. The APD provides individual counseling and crisis intervention for a caseload of clients; directly supervises residence counselors, peer worker and per diems; oversees personnel activities, including scheduling, hiring, training, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and leads regular staff meetings; ensures compliance with contractual obligations, including facilitating appropriate admissions/discharges, maintaining census, documentation compliance and incident reporting; assists with preparing program for management reviews, inspections and audits; conducts ongoing assessment of building maintenance requirements; serves as liaison with facilities department regarding repair needs; and assists with overall management of facility. AA/EOE.

Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills; LMSW or LMHC required; minimum of 2 years in a mental health and residential services highly desirable. Bilingual (Spanish speaking) desirable.
