Real Property Manager
Leading Mental Health and Housing Solutions Agency is seeking an Real Property Manager to oversee the tracking and collection of rents and fees from residents in Bridge-owned and leased housing; interface with landlords and brokers to identify new apartments, negotiate leases, facilitate repairs and track the agency's inventory of leases; coordinate with Residential Division staff to ensure the habitability of housing in compliance with federal, state and city regulations; represent the Agency at court hearings, appeals, landlord mediation and eviction proceedings; any other related duties as necessary. AA/EOE.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; Bachelor’s Degree; minimum one (1) year relevant experience; experience with NYS OMH licensed and supported housing preferred; Bilingual (Spanish speaking) desirable.
