We are now seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join us and help us continue our organizational vision and advancement. The Administrative Coordinator reports to the Administration and External Affairs Manager and works with her and other organizational leaders on myriad projects in organizational administration, external affairs, government relations, communications, marketing, Board relations and private fundraising, all in furtherance of our programs and mission. The Coordinator also provides administrative support to the senior leaders in the organization and works with community partners, funders and outside stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
The Administrative Coordinator will have wide-ranging responsibilities and will be involved with all facets of nonprofit management. Selected responsibilities include: prepare and analyze various financial and programmatic reports, assist with funding applications and foundation proposals, respond to government requests, assist with Special Events, create and maintain promotional and educational materials for internal and external use, assist with maintaining the website and Raiser’s Edge database, manage schedules and provide administrative support for our senior leaders, represent the organization at meetings and events, and much more.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be mission-driven and passionate about our multiservice, settlement house model and in achieving organizational excellence. S/he will have incredible initiative, the ability to work well under pressure, a very high level of computer proficiency (with the ability to learn new technologies and databases) and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to complete complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excelled academically and must have top-notch communication and organizational skills. S/he must be adept in implementing multiple projects and helping us to excel in many areas. A BA or BS degree is required.
