This position sets the tone for everything.
You are a choreographer of connections. A weaver of networks. The heart and the glue of the new community.

This position is a tightrope act of juggling a million different things while also welcoming people so they immediately feel at home. This is as central as it gets - you'll be engaging with hundreds of change-makers every single day.
Make no mistake - this position includes significant admin work. You need to staff the front desk and make sure everything is running smoothly. Welcome everyone into our space with a smile and hello.

Make sure copiers, internet and other shared amenities are working.
Contribute to programming ideas and opportunities.
Keep the physical space stocked, organized and clean.
Move furniture.
Initiate systems to improve efficiency.
Offer tours for people interested in our work. – i.e., pass around the Kool-Aid
Work in concert with the rest of the awesome CSI team.
Keep up with ever changing CSI developments and initiatives.
Manage a pool of volunteers.
Be very nice and also excellent.
Plus other duties as required.
You’ve got to be sharp as a knife, nimble as a cat, fast as a whip and smooth like butter.
Qualifications:
- Facilitation - Nonprofit sector - Leasing or space management - Event coordination - Customer service/hospitality - Start-up or entrepreneurship experience - Volunteer management - Social media/marketing
