With more than 70 programs in 30 sites throughout the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island and Northern New Jersey, our services extend a helping hand, and facilitate empowerment, self-help and service for more than 100,000 persons each year and place four people in jobs every hour of every business day.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator to assist the Vice President of Behavioral Health Services. In this role you will ensure the clinical services and programs are compliant with program standards and the policies, procedures and guidelines of the agency. You will be traveling between sites.

Responsibilities:
Scope of Responsibility:
• Facilitate clinical supervision weekly with staff of various disciplines and educational backgrounds
• Clinical oversight and quality assurance activities for 9 programs in the Behavioral Health portfolio
• Utilization review of programs
• Work with the VP of Behavioral Health Services on the Incident Review Committee
• Collaborate with the VP to develop trainings for Behavioral Health Services programs
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:
The qualified candidate will be a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing person-centered, recovery-oriented services to populations with multi- occurring disabilities. You should be able to display a proven track record of outcome based management as well as experience with interdisciplinary treatment team approach and the provision of services in group modality. The ideal candidate with have excellent time management, organizational, clinical, and administrative skills. Knowledge of Managed Care/Health Homes/BHOs and evidence based practices is expected. Knowledge of AWARDS database is a plus.
