Westhab, Inc., Westchester County's leading non-profit and special needs housing developer is seeking a Project Manager, to work in its Real Estate Development Division.

We are seeking a smart, hard-working, creative yet detailed-oriented person to help us identify sites, conduct feasibility analyses, apply for funding including LIHT's, put together project development teams and act as project manager for multiple development projects. You must be a team player, have good financial, analytic, written and verbal skills and be a multi-tasker.

You must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and three years experience performing similar functions in a non-profit, government agency, planning, real estate or financial institution.
