Aministartive Assitant to Chief Financial Officer and Fiscal team
Responsibilities:
•Administrative support to CFO and Fiscal team
•Answer telephone when CFO not at desk or on another call
•Maintain Insurance Files
•Separate and Mail all accounts payables checks
•Maintain banking files
•Maintain storage files
•Maintain files for Hope Community Inc.
•Date stamp all Fiscal Department mail
•Purchasing and control of all office supplies
•Purchasing of all printing supplies such as letterhead, business cards, forms etc.
•Sorts and files mail not requiring CFO’s attention.
•Review, audit and code all office administration invoices
•Maintenance of all office equipment including but not limited to copiers, water coolers, fax machines, postage machines coffee machines etc.
•Check outbox a few times a day and distribute or file as marked
Qualifications:
•Minimum: Associate Degree plus three years in a fiscal or administrative setting preferred.
•Proven Computer skills in Word,Excel and Outlook
•Organization skills.
• Hands-on action-oriented individual, with demonstrated ability to think out the box
•Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with others.
•Ability and enthusiasm for working with staff at all levels of the organization in a collaborative team approach.
•Proven ability to exercise sound judgment Ability to use adding machine, copy machine and scanner
Preferred:
Computer fluency,
•College degree or equivalent related experience.
•Previous related experience strongly preferred.
•Strong organizational
•Ability to support, coach, and facilitate creative and productive working relationships
•Detail oriented.
•Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
•Ability to maintain confidentiality
