The New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC) opened a special legal clinic at Kings County Hospital Center run by LegalHealth, a division of the New York Legal Assistance Group, to offer free legal assistance to Haitian patients and families seeking Temporary Protective Status (TPS).
