Specifically, the workshop will cover: how to help your staff bring their best thinking, work habits and attitude to the workplace; five common mistakes managers make that lead to decreased productivity and low performing staff; beyond the performance appraisal: how to give consistent results-focused feedback; how to lead, coach and guide your staff in order to get the results you’re striving for; when a staff persons problematic behavior persists: how to discipline employees fairly and ethically.
