RFP-Port Richmond BOA-Step 1 Pre-Nomination Study
Northfield Community Local Development Corp. is seeking proposals from organizations that are highly qualified to provide community planning, design, and facilitation services associated with the development of the Port Richmond, Staten Island Step 1-Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) Pre-Nomination Study.
Respondents will be reviewed and selected according to a competitive process. Criteria for ranking consultants' qualifications shall include overall community planning, design, and technical GIS mapping and analytical experience, relevance and appropriateness of proposed management team, key personnel availability, financial strength, and familiarity with community and/or similar projects. Respondents are requested to provide contact information, form of organization, key personnel, statement of qualifications, statement of availability of key personnel, previous projects list, and references.
