Neal Rosenstein serves as the Government Reform Coordinator for the New York Public Interest Research Group/NYPIRG, directing the student-directed non-profit’s election related advocacy. In his 28 years at NYPIRG he’s also overseen the organization’s hands-on registration of more than half a million New Yorkers. On Election day, the NYPIRG and Common Cause Election Helpline fielded more than 1,000 calls from New Yorkers seeking information and assistance at poll sites. He lives in Brooklyn.
